Swimming lessons for children, teens and adults
Bourne Swimming Club is a well-established, non-for-profit, social swimming club for kids and adults based at the De Stafford Swimming Pool in Caterham, within easy reach of Whyteleafe, Warlingham, Woldingham, Coulsdon, Kenley and Chaldon.

Children, Kids & Teenage Swimming Sessions:
Our Children & Teenage lessons are phased in 30 - 40 minute sessions based on ability across the full spectrum from non-swimmers through to advanced-length sessions.
We encourage participation in nationally recognised programmes of awards and badges, enabling swimmers and their parents to track their progress.
We work hard to ensure all our swimmers have an understanding of both their own personal safety & how to assist others in difficulty.
Working through ASA badges right up to Honour's awards if that is the individual’s ambition, we are flexible & will work towards any individual targets.
Adult Swimming Lessons:
We offer beginner, improver and advanced sessions.
For non-swimmer and beginner sessions, our instructors are in the water, focusing on confidence building at your individual pace, working through fears as part of a very small group & in-pool teacher assistance is always available.
Improver and advanced adult sessions are targeted to benefit the individual in working towards their own goals such as technique improvement, improving stamina or speed or fitness
All our groups remain small & focused to ensure we offer more training space and attention than most public sessions.
